Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1
Raw turmeric - 1 inch 
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – Proportionately
Olive oil – 2 teaspoons


Method:
Peel cucumber, ginger and raw turmeric.
Chop them into roundels. Cut amla into four parts.
Blend them to a smooth mixture using half glass of water. Also add pepper and salt.
