Oats - 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Pure organic turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – As per taste
Pure honey – 2 tablespoons
Almonds – 2 – 3
Preparation Method:
Heat milk in a vessel.
Add oats and allow it to boil.
Add pure organic turmeric powder, cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.
Cook till the mixture thickens.
Keep stirring to avoid scalding.
Once it becomes thick, turn off the flame.
Serve in a bowl.
Pour some pure honey over the dish and garnish with grated almonds.
