But a hunched posture makes one easily recall negative memories. A Slumped posture also leads to change in hormone levels causing depression. It also tends to increase neck and shoulder pains. This position is usually observed in people working on computers or looking at their smart phones. An upright posture not only helps you stay positive but also reduces fatigue.
