A study conducted by The Smelling and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation found that obese people lost more weight on smelling green apples and bananas. Our sense of smell makes us hungry. If the smell is appetizing, we end up overeating. Regularly smelling neutral sweet scents like apple, and banana, can curb our appetite and we eat less. In the long run, it means weight loss.
