WOMEN REQUIRE TWENTY MINUTES MORE SLEEP

All of us need sufficient sleep but women need a little more sleep than men. Loughborough University’s Sleep Research Centre in UK, studied 210 healthy men and women to understand sleeping patterns and found that women need about 20 minutes more sleep at night than men. The reasons include multitasking which is more stressful, hormonal changes leading to anxiety, reduce the chances of weight gain and hypertension and last but not least to stay happy.
