RICH BANANA MILKSHAKE
Banana - 1 - 2
Cashew nuts - 2 - 3 tablespoons
Grated Ginger - 1/2 tablespoon
Fresh milk - 1 Glass
Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
Organic Wild Honey - 3 tablespoons
Ice cubes (optional)
Soaked chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
Blend sliced banana, cashew nuts, grated ginger, lime juice, milk.
Take a tall glass. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes (optional).
Pour the milk shake.
Add 3 tablespoons of pure organic wild honey.
Top it with soaked chia seeds.
