Ingredients:
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Grated Ginger - 1/2 tablespoon
Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
Water - 1 Glass
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Organic Wild Honey - 3 tablespoons
Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation Method:
Blend fresh curd along with cashew nuts, grated ginger, lime juice and water.
Pour in a tall glass.
Add 3 to 4 ice cubes (optional).
Add 3 tablespoons of pure organic wild honey and mix well.
