If lemon has more sugar, how come it tastes sour?

A lemon has 70% sugar and strawberry has 40% sugar. But still lemon tastes sour because of the citric content which dominates the sweet taste and prevents the tongue’s chemoreceptors from perceiving lemon’s sweetness. On the other hand, strawberries are lower in citric acid.
